We collect your email address when you sign up or join the waitlist. When you use the platform, we collect usage data including agent runs, credit consumption, and session activity. If you connect Gmail, we access the email data required to complete the tasks you request — we do not store email content beyond what is needed for agent memory.
We use your data to operate the platform, run your agents, maintain your memory vault, and send essential account communications. We do not sell your data. We do not use your data to train AI models without your explicit consent.
AG3NTX stores agent memory to provide persistent context across sessions. Free plan memory expires after 7 days. Pro and Team plan memory is retained indefinitely. You can export or delete your memory data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and irreversible.
AG3NTX uses the following third-party processors: Supabase for database and authentication, Anthropic for AI model inference, and Voyage AI for memory embeddings. Each processor handles data in accordance with their own privacy policies. By using AG3NTX, you acknowledge that data passes through these services.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below or use the data controls in your account settings. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
